Future Date: Start Date + Time Period
Past Date: Start Date - Time Period
Working Days: Exclude weekends and holidays
Leap Years: Account for February 29th

From January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 is 366 days (2024 is a leap year). Adding 90 days to March 1, 2024 results in May 30, 2024. The number of working days between these dates is 261 days (excluding weekends).
